All these teams work in a coordinated manner under the guidance of the Central Team. They communicate regularly to plan activities, monitor progress, assist farmers, and ensure that the project's objectives align with the overall vision.

How The Teams Collaborate

Teams are systematically organized and monitored by outcomes to achieve set objectives, following the structure illustrated in the diagram. Objectives are established annually and communicated to the teams, who then develop activity plans and budgets. CSR funding is sought, and plans are approved by the Central Team.

The Training Team designs flexible programs, which are promoted by the content and WhatsApp teams. Farmers enroll in these programs, use the helpline for support, and join a WhatsApp group for updates.

The Call Center Team addresses farmers' technical inquiries on the helpline, and all data is forwarded to the Central Team for evaluation. The Call Center Team also monitors farmers' adoption of regenerative agriculture and coordinates with the Field Team for assistance when necessary.

The Field Team assesses farmers and categorizes them based on proficiency and identifies expert farmers, and this data is shared with the Central Team.

The Model Farm Team is responsible for crop cultivation, training various groups, and collaborating on the documentation of crop practices, sales, and content creation.

Each team submits reports to the Central Team, which evaluates alignment with plans, monitors budgets, staffing, and administration. Comprehensive reports are regularly submitted to the project director to ensure the achievement of goals.
